What We Do

BRG’s Strategic Human Capital team offers a unique combination of industry experts and executive recruiters who have deep experience in identifying leadership talent, optimizing organizational design, and developing effective reward programs. We advise clients on designing and developing the organizational culture, and functional capabilities, including leadership skills, they need to realize their strategic goals.

We specialize in high-level leadership recruitment: from research to vetting and selecting candidates in order to ensure they have the skills, incentives and support necessary to succeed. We help boards define and describe needed talent and help them find it; we then validate prospective hires using a rigorous assessment process that incorporates respected qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

We also provide leadership education and coaching, including qualitative review and analyses of corporate culture, and customized education and training for boards and leadership teams, along with designing and executing cultural and system change management. Our multidisciplinary approach combines insight and research from behavioral economics, occupational psychology, and social sciences with real-world financial and operational knowledge and execution.
